Before MDU Homes was established, CEO Jeff Levy spent over 30 successful years in the housing industry. During that time, his daughter, CMO Kennedy Levy, observed and learned along the way. After college, Kennedy began taking on interior decorating projects, including sourcing for and staging the homes. With Jeff's industry market insight and Kennedy's eye for design, it quickly became clear the two would make waves in the industry together. So, the two began to brainstorm.

When the company was still a mere idea with no name, there was one thing that was certain: high-quality materials matter, and everyone should have access to a reliable home.
