Installation Support
Installation can feel overwhelming if you’re not fully prepared. Before your MDU can be placed, the site must have essential infrastructure in place, including septic, electricity, an approved foundation or pad, and city-approved plot plans. It’s also important to plan for post-installation features like extended decks or community amenities.
Our team of professionals is here to keep everything on track. We’ll guide you through the entire process and can even help connect you with trusted contractors to ensure every detail is covered.
Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to you, the MDU owner, for a period of one year, that the new manufactured home purchased by you was manufactured free from substantial defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Any issues with the structure or workmanship of a customer’s new MDU will be taken care of by a direct manufacturer representative or a trustworthy contractor, depending on the location of MDUs.

*Warranty brochures and packets will be provided upon delivery of the MDU for all warranties.
